Price may increase due to factors including, but not limited to, a large amount of limbs, highly complex texture work, and extensive rig additions

Terms of Service
Please read these terms thoroughly. They act as a contract agreement between me and anyone commissioning me. Violation of these terms can result in being blacklisted from commissioning me again or legal action being taken.
Important information
Characters I'm being commissioned to draw must have a viable reference in the form of a character sheet or 1-3 clear images of the character. Otherwise, a %20 fee will be applied to the final price.I will not imitate the style of other artists when I am commissioned. I sell work in my styles only.I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.The prices provided are for personal work only. Commercial work must be discussed with me personally, and I must be informed and talked to if personal work later ends up involved in merchandise.By paying personal prices, you do not have the right to use the work commercially without consulting me. A DMCA remove request will be filed on any merchandise using my work without my permission.Any work I create cannot be minted as an NFT or used to train a generative AI model. Doing so will result in legal action being taken.

Payment and Prices
- Invoices are emailed via Stripe or PayPal
- Stripe is preferred
- At least 50% must be paid before work on the piece can start
- Tips are appreciated!
- Payment plans for commissions $100+ are allowed with a 10% down payment
Revision and Complexity Fees
Revision Fees
3 Free Early Revisions
>4 Early Revisions: $5/each
Late Revisions: $10/each
Revision fees only apply in situations where the commissioner did not point out a change they wanted until later, not situations where I forgot a detail on the character.
Complexity Fees
Simple: No additional charges
Complex: Small price increase (5%-8%)
Highly Complex: Large price increase (15%-20%)
Colors do not contribute to complexity in the case of a 3D animation commission or an untextured 3D model commission.
Completion Times and Refunds
Completion Times
Commissions are typically completed within 1-2 weeks but can take 3 weeks to 2 months depending on complexity and the length of my queue. (excluding animations)This may vary depending on the time of year or something I have going on at the timeWIPs and updates will be sent regularly whether or not progress is made.
Refunds and Cancellations
Full refunds are permitted before I begin working on a piece and before early stages are completed (sketch for illustrations, base model for 3D)Partial refunds are allowed after early stages if 100% was payed up front.With few exceptions, a cancellation fee of $20 will be charged if the above conditions are not met.
